BANGLADESH:

Sohrawary Udyan University Project - Dhaka

GSFC provided teaching supplies as well as backpacks and school supplies for street kids attending twice weekly open-air classes directed by volunteers from Dhaka University.

GSFC constructed a new expanded facility including space for new art and computer technology classes. GSFC provides ongoing support for a daily feeding program, teacher training and monthly stipends, student uniforms and women's healthcare.

Alor Shikha High School - Dhaka

Elahibakas Elementary School - LALMONIRHAT

GSFC constructed a new classroom facility including toilets, water collection devices, lighting and ventilation.

Umme Salma Elementary School - Kashpur

GSFC constructed a new classroom facility including toilets, water collection devices, lighting and ventilation. The newly elevated site allows for school operations during the flood season.

Burirdighi Junior High School - Lalmonihat

GSFC constructed a new classroom facility including toilets, water collection devices, lighting and ventilation. The newly elevated site allows for school operations during the flood season. A feeding program is planned for the upcoming school year.

Shishumela Biddaniketan School - Mirpur/Dhaka

GSFC provided funding to Charity Platform, a local non-profit organization, to assist in the construction of a computer lab, add toilet facilities, expand the water filtration system, purchase uniforms, provide teacher training and support the ongoing feeding program.

Gazirchat Madinatul Ulum Fazil Madrasah - Safar

GSFC funded a new computer center.

Sufia Islamic Enlightenment Institute - Bhaluka

GSFC is providing funding assistance for construction of a new primary school targeted to orphans and street children. Phase 2 will include dormitory facilities for students needing housing assistance.

Jana Hitoishi Shangstha Primary School - Chhaikola/Pabna

GSFC is funding construction and future operations of a new non-government school in an undeserved rural community. Opening projected for the 2026 school year.


Kenya:

GSFC funded a newly constructed computer center in partnership with Innov8Africa, a local not-for-profit providing "activity based learning" for over 10,000 students across Kenya.

UGANDA:

GSFC is funding construction of a new well, two classroom buildings and is providing ongoing financial support for an expanded feeding program, teacher stipends and new uniforms.
